BLAST CLEANING OF HOUSE

Maintenance blast cleaning is sometimes required. Pictured below is a house with major interior damp problems. Our job was to remove the masonry paint to allow the bricks to dry out which would cure the interior problem.

The paint removal was carried out over two days with a close eye on the wind direction and strength, taking care to avoid neighbouring properties. "Olivine" - a safe alternative to sand was used on this project, so as to have no harmful effects on the environment whatsoever.

You can see by the dark areas in the pictures that the walls were very wet indeed. Another successful project completed, with a very happy customer.
